Featuring: Center for Asian Culinary Studies Cebu

Cooking has always been something that I love to do and improving myself has been a quest. There are a lot of culinary schools out there and the we often ask, where? Where do I take myself to improve my cooking skills?

I had the chance to meet one of the best culinary schools in the Philippines and is fairly new in Cebu. I introduce to you, the Center for Asian Culinary Studies Cebu.

We were invited on their Legacy night - a night where their students cook a buffet of delicious food.

We were fortunate enough to be invited in this event and let me tell you, for 20 days, the students really cooked very well! Here are some pictures of the food they have prepared and how the school looks like.

There were tons of food from beef, lamb ,lengua and baked salmon and all of those were learned within 20 days. Desserts ranged from fruits, chocolate truffles and pastries. All of them are really good.

With all that, perhaps you are now very interested to enroll in their class. Awesome! A basic class would consist of 20 sessions. That would be about 20 days. What are the 20 sessions? You may refer to this pamphlet I got:

Importantly, the school is led by none other than Chef Gene Gonzalez. A top chef who trained with multiple chefs in the world. You can find more about him here.

More information can be found on their FB page.

Ready to cook? Give them a call and journey to the culinary world!

Enjoy cooking!
