Spicy and Delcious Hot Wings from GIbbs'
It was a rainy Saturday night and It was the perfect timing to keep myself warm. What better to keep myself warm than to be served good, spicy and delicious chicken wings from Gibbs!
The hot and spicy wings started as a "pulutan" or an appetizer for Coy's (the owner) friends whenever they get together. Friends would soon order from Coy and eventually opened a restaurant to sell it.
With Coy having an extra space at home, he started to open a small restaurant until people started coming in and ordering tons of hot wings. Thus started Gibbs' hot wings.
Today, they are a fully established restaurant serving hundreds of people.
It was really a pleasure to be invited over and we got to taste their new food in the menu, the Cajun chicken wings!

The Cajun Chicken wings or rather, wing. Got a piece of it and its delicious. The spiciness is mild and packed with flavor.

| Gibbs' Angel Wings - If you find everything too spicy then get this. If I tasted this correctly, it has a milk content so if your mouth is already burning, eat a piece of this and it will be gone. Truly an angel. |

| The Hot wings that everyone wants! Sweet and spicy and it's really spicy. I got to try their level 5 spiciness and its super spicy. Just 1 wing and your mouth will be inflamed. Proceed to level 5 with caution. |
The food tastes good. It was cooked well. Very flavorful and true to its name, spicy! If you are in the mood, go ahead and try the level 5 spiciness. It's painfully delicious.
