My 2nd Kimstore Purchase! Still Awesome!
I just had my 2nd Kimstore purchase 2 weeks ago and it was an awesome experience!

So my 2nd purchase was for my Z1 compact, accessories that is. I purchased 1 Screen Sergeant screen protector and 1 Krussell frost cover. (Basically a back cover for the phone.)
My Experience
Originally I ordered 1 Z1 compact dock, screen protector and the back cover. Unfortunately the dock ran out of stock. :(
I was contacted by their representative about this and so we communicated on what to do about it. I mentioned that I have already paid in full for the items and I was asking for advise on how we could proceed.
I was given options in replacement for the dock and I am glad about that! Not many sellers provide options and just leave you with "sorry, no stock." which is a sad thing.
One of the options were either getting a memory card or beachbouy. I told them that I have no use for memory card (Got one) and I can't really find a use for beachbouy at the moment. :( So I had to let go of the dock and get the back cover and the screen protector.
Here is the awesome part, since I did not get the Z1 compact dock, they are willing to return the difference to me.
I was so happy about this because again, not many sellers would do this. Others sellers will just tell you to get a replacement because we can't give you the difference.

So with finality, I bought the back cover and the screen protector and the difference back to me.
Their service is really awesome! It blew my expectation away!
Oh and before I forget, I asked that the shipping was to be done via XEND, to my surprise, they sent it via LBC so the next day, I received my package! Totally awesome! :D

A company is not measured on how good they are when everything is good, they are measured on how well they handle issues that would arise.
For me, they handled my issue pretty damn well! I was not really expecting these to happen but it did.

DeleteYes po. Ok na ok ang frost cover. Nice sa kamay kasi medyo rough sa likod meaning mas nice pag i grip at it does not look cheap.
You mean po meron na sya tempered glass as protector? Sa front po or back?

Tempered glass front po. Kasi karamihan ng post online nag coconflict ung mga case sa front tempered glass.
DeleteThanks po. Potentially baka mag conflict sa frost cover kasi medyo makapal po ang tempered glass compared to just plastic screen protectors. Usually sa sides mag coconflict.
DeleteIf ok lang, mas maganda i-tempered glass back na rin ang phone para mas ok or like what I did before sa frost cover, I just bought a plastic screen protector tapos pina put ko sa back of the phone. It works din naman po. :)
