It’s been
almost a lifetime that I have not bought any cellphone. All my phones were at
least the bar type phone or hand me downs.
I was ready
to upgrade and was looking for a store that could offer me the BEST PRICE! I
finally have found it and today, I would like to share my experiences from
KIMSTORE with you! This is also my first time with KIMSTORE.

For me, this is one place where I could buy a gadget at an affordable price and excellent service.
Ordering:
1st, I thought ordering would be a difficult procedure. Orders are done through text or a phone call and with hundreds of thousands of orders, that would mean hundreds of thousands of text or calls.
I expected the communication to be somewhat a bit longer in terms of responses but I was wrong, responses were just like 30 minutes from the time I texted them. After I made the payment, I texted the details they have requested and after 30 minutes, I got confirmation!
Now that is good service considering the thousands of customers.
Payment:
Payments are done through banks or Cebuana Lhullier, please be careful now, there are a lot of scammers out there who wants your cash. Only follow the instructions sent by KIMSTORE on where to deposit your money and your hard earned cash will be safe and only be received by KIMSTORE.
My Experience:
I recently ordered the Z1 compact and I was so excited about the item but I think the phone ran out so fast that I did not get my phone on time, meaning the time I expected it to arrive.
I was making "kulit" on when it would really arrive as I was very excited about the item. I paid for the Item on Tuesday, my payment was confirmed and was texted that I would get the tracking number around 8PM same day.
Later that night. I did not get the tracking number and became a little bit nervous so I kept texting the shipping manager about what happened to my tracking number. XD (Sorry hehe)
Next morning, I got a word from them that the stocks would arrive on Thursday. Patience is a virtue.
Thursday came and I finally got confirmation that my order was ready for shipping and that I would get the tracking number later at 8PM.
I got the tracking number before 8PM! (Nice!) The following day, I finally got my item, safe and sound and expected the way it should be.
What could be improved here is about informing the customer about the status of the item specially if no tracking number was sent or any delays would happen, that would at least keep our worries out, at least for a first timer like me. Aside from that, everything was a wonderful experience for me.

Conclusion:
We have heard a lot of online scams and this is something that you should not worry about with KIMSTORE. This is the real deal. Trust? You can definitely trust KIMSTORE.
All in all, I had a positive experience with KIMSTORE! From FB chat to texting them, everything was smooth.
If you are looking for a new phone or gadget and is on a budget, then KIMSTORE IS FOR YOU. You can definitely trust KIMSTORE and rest assured that all transactions are taken cared of. You cannot go wrong with KIMSTORE.
This is my first and will certainly NOT be my last transaction with KIMSTORE!

ReplyDeleteIf you prefer a smaller sized phone, then go for Z1 Compact, otherwise get the Z1. Basically the same in specs, only the size is different. :)

Z1 or Compact, it's really a difficult decision. Huhuhu!

ReplyDeletethey said that online stores have a really bad aftermarket customer service..but count Kimstore out! they are one very helpful online store! just one text message and they replied right away, more than willing to help me with my concern! and i bougt the HTC one from them half a year ago but here they are still willing to help me!
ReplyDeletebut BTW it's not their fault. when i bought the HTC one from kimstore it was perfectly fine until HTC has given an update ruining the low light capability of its camera! i'm going to the nearest service center to have it fixed (they better be). i'm just so surprised that Kimstore, an online store, can help me with this! Online stores especially the one in facebook have a really bad reputation about aftermarket service but not kimstore! kimstore is the best online store out there!

ReplyDeleteTechnically both phones uses a 20.7 G Lens. I would say both are great! Pero if u want 4k recording, go for Z2 plus ang display sa Z2 is even better than their previous phones. :)

ReplyDeleteI'm wondering, ung mga unboxing videos na napanood ko online comes with a square box package, what's the difference with this one? From your picture here, aside from the box, it seems na the headphones are different, also wala rin OTG Cable. Planning to buy this from Kimstore also :)

Yung mga unboxing vids are mostly sa US and I believe those are the units SONY is releasing for the US.
Nonetheless, everything is well po. IMO, ok lang walang OTG cable kasi meron naman mabibili for a very cheap price. :D
